Not getting back to me

My dad and I filled a claim from an accident that I had and the car was a write off. An assessor was put in charge and rejected the claim but till today I am waiting for the paper work to be emailed to me so that I can try understand as to why the claim was rejected. Now i start calling the call centre trying to get information but it seems like no one has a clue and they say that they will get back to me, till today I am still waiting for that call. The other problem that I have Is that the policy was never updated by Miway when it was taken. Now they try do damage control but putting information on the policy document that is even incorrect and I only got this policy sent to me only a while back after asking for it a couple of times. The service that I had was horrible even trying to get my parents car out of the and get something better or worthwhile...
