Not genuine parts

I am upset to inform that if you have insurance with miway for your vehicle they will not always replace your parts with genuine parts from your car manufacturer. What is the point of paying so much for insurance then when you have an accident they don't replace with what you had on the vehicle I believe that, that is nonsense I am complaining that I believe it is not right to do that as I don't drive an xx vehicle I drive a Volkswagen so please be aware of miway when choosing vehicle insurance
