Not following up
I called last week to review my premium, spoke a gentleman who said he will decrease my access and will speak to his manager to reduce my premium. I was debited a higher premium and no one got back to me. I am really disappointed as MiWay is normally on top of their game but the stunt they pulled now is such a shame.
