Not even a month and this is the service I get?!

As a new policy holder, I am utterly disappointment in the service received from Miway. First the incorrect account number was debited-after a consultant promised that it wouldn't happen. Then I spoke to Itumeleng who made an alternative arrangement with me, only to find out it was all for nothing. I spoke to michael today who put me on hold for so long I ended up dropping the call. I left my insurance -with whom I've never had any problems with, only to get this horrible service. I've also asked to be called back, they called only once and I missed the call, and they never ever phoned again. I think I'm going to cancel this insurance coz all you do is provide incorrect information and make empty promises. Just so you understand how frustrated I am, in the month that I've had this insurance , I've spoken to Thobile, Given, itumeleng and Michael. Such a waste of my time!
