not coming back to me

yesterday i wrote report to hallow peter complementing Miway how it has been good to me, i guess i was too hasty, this morning something happened, that needed to be reported to CraigV, because he is handling my case , i have been calling him from 5:40 am till this moment,i also left massages to his answering machine also i spoke to one of colleague and left massages since this morning , i also wrote him emails with no luck. it is a agent matter that can affect my case. i need him to tell me the way forward, no luck
