Not adhering to PPR

Dear Miway,

Been a client with yourselves for almost 3 to 4 years. My agreed deduction date is the 27th of every month, however this does not seem to matter.

Previously I have escalated the deductions prior to the agreed date and was promised that this would not happen again.

Just to receive a sms from the bank of my premium deduction on the 25th, today.

This is unacceptable as you have been deducting on the agreed date since my last complaint so please do explain what went wrong.

Definitely now going to seek other insurance who will not treat a customer who has not claimed and paying there premium every month, as i have to incur the additional costs of this early deduction.

I have recommended Miway to friends and family however not doing that anymore.
