Not adhering to agreements with client.
We agreed on a time to have a telephonic discussion regarding an additional car I need to add to my existing policy then someone does not call. I couldn't collect my new vehicle today beacuse I had no proof of cover because the miway consultant couldn't diarise an appointment.
