Not a customer, Only MY WAY for Miway

I was involved in a accident with a lady that is insured by Miway.<br> <br> This lady is 100% liable for this accident.<br> Miway is basing my case upon 2 previous cases that have nothing to do with my case and are holding me 40% liable for this accident.<br> <br> Where is the legislation that regulates 3rd party claims. Miway want to pay my R1000.00.<br> But they insure every client for 10 mil rand 3rd party claims.<br> My son spent 10 days in ICU and I had a cracked sternum.<br> <br> WHERE IS THIS 3rd Party compensation.
