Noone is getting back to me

<p>So i called Miway last week to cancel my policy because i feel like their increase was unjustified and not specific to me as a customer who has been with them for over 3 years and have never claimed anything more than road side assistance, a team leader spoke to me, she was very friendly but promised me the consultant i spoke to would come back to me which didn't happen. As i explained to this team leader, not only have i received a cheaper quote from elsewhere, i am also going on maternity leave soon and will certainly not be paying the amount i am being charged, please address this issue before debit date next week. thanks</p>
