Nonsense

I have made a claim with MiWay for Rim and Tyre, claim was approved but I still haven’t received payout, when I follow the first time they tell me their manager didn’t authorise but they will resend whatever need authorisation again to the manager to authorise and that was it, never received any feedback/update until I follow up again and I was told I didn’t sign disclaimer which was not sent to me, maybe is was supposed to sign it in my head. Why do you approve claims if can’t run with them to the end without being followed.
