None approval of my claim

Tripple S is a penalbeater appointed by miway to fix my car which is Polo (CV 15 KS GP). On the 27/02/2023 I went personally to the panel beater to check progress on my car,to my surprise find out that work has stopped due to none approval second claim that was send on 24/02/2023 to date no approval is granted. I can confirm that till today miway has not answered or approve that claim. My travelling it’s a disaster I’m using this car everyday to carry out my delegated responsibilities but it’s no long possible due the poor service I’m getting from miway claim department.

Most of my friends were recruited by me, to take miway as an insurance but they are also disappointed about service I’m getting to this insurance and cancellation of policy are coming due to useless service we are getting for this insurance.
