Non existent feedback and follow up

Iv tried to put in a claim but it was rejected due to the policy being cancelled. Policy was cancelled even though there was sufficient funds in the bank account for the debit order. I email management, no reply, I emailed the complaints department, still no reply. Pathetic service for someone that's been with them 7 years claim free.
