Non_disclosure and poor services at core

I phoned Miway insurance on 18 Friday , Sept 2020, evening from East London back home to Komga...Just after realizing I was not getting any assistance from Budget insurance as my warranty is under them. My car was making unfami**** sounds and I was really afraid to drive ****her. I ended up phoning Miway and to my surprise I was told I am covered for 40km towing. As such the closest town was EL and Komga 53km. The lady I spoke with went as far asking me were to take the car to? The answer was to my home and she said I will have to pay R1050 or (her advise) else the car will be towed to nearest fuel station. I didn't have the money so I did not agree with fuel station option.

It was late after 19:00. Consequently, I continued driving slowly to my home.

I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND I HAVE STARTED SHOPPING AROUND FOR A BETTER CAR INSURANCE ELSEWHERE.
