Nompumelelo saving the face of customer service
Nompumelelo was the only person able to help me this morning after three calls this morning and being left on the line and waiting for call backs for hours! She sorted out my query in no time. If it wasn't for her service, I would be very disappointed in the service from MiWay otherwise
