Nompumelelo Madonsela was an absolute pleasure to work with, she was patient with me and explained everything in great detail, on top of that she managed to drop my total premium and also introduced me to the MiWarranty service offering (which I just had to get). Absolutely loved her positive attitude and her great understanding of all service offerings.
