I had a claim submitted to have my fridge repaired. They sent an evaluator to check on the cause I am dissatisfied due to the evaluation being wrong, I cancelled immediately effective due to the claim being more costly than expected as the fridge was initially repaired for R450 due to needing a gas refill but the quote to repair was R3250 which was ridiculous to say the least I am not happy with the evaluation and resolution criteria. However due to Nompumelelo making my cancellation so smooth I have to give her 5 stars and not recommend Miway to anyone who needs insurance. What a waste of R1500
