So I logged on to Miway chat after struggling to get though to them for quite a while. Need to change my address. Nokwazi Mdluli answered the chat and i was annoyed with her and Miway. She was pleasant all the away. I could even ask her to explain stuff. At the end we even ended up joking with each other regarding magic wands as I told her Im going to look for another insurance. But she used her magic wand/ magic powers and managed to keep me as a loyal client. Well done Nokwazi you deserve a medal.
