Nokuthula Ntshembeni - You’re a rare breed

I should mentioned how annoyed I was last week when I called MiWay and I was equally annoyed today when I finally received a call back. I spoke to: Nokuthula Ntshembeni - Retentions Specialist and I should say she way incredible. Please listen to the call. She truly was incredible. She was professional, relatable and eager to assist. If everyone was as good as she is, customer service in this country would be flawless. If it were possible, I’d only want to interact with her when I call MiWay. She’s a star. Also, kindly give her a raise or promotion. She deserves it without a shadow of a doubt.
