Noisy unprofessional agent

16h41 received a call from one of your agents- as i answered the call, the agent was having a loud conversation with someone else. Terrible noise in the background it sounded like they were chilling at a car wash or something. The agent was unprofessional even when i raised this with him. Please train your staff properly if you want anyone to take you seriously. To top it all, someone had already called me earlier in the day about the same thing. So no record is kept? I took up cover with you, dont make me regret my choice.
