Nobuntu - MiWay's Superstar

This has been a crazy day for me. Having a car break down with no warning and not knowing what is wrong. I called MiWay to assist me for the second time today. The first instance, my car battery refused to charge and the car wouldn't start after working on it for over 30min. We eventually gave up and concluded I would need a new battery. A couple of hours later, a thought occured to call a dealer in case the problem laid somewhere else. The dealer advised me to bring the car in for a check up. This is when I called MiWay for assistance again and got Nobuntu. I have been helped by amazing people before but Nobuntu was just absolutely brilliant. There was a moment when I thought I was going to get emotional because of frustration but her calm, friendly voice took it all away and I found myself joking and laughing with her. By the time the call ended I felt better about my situation. She even checked up on me afterwards and was sympathetic that I was walking in the rain...since I'm now carless for a while. When I got home later, I found a whatsapp message waiting for me from her asking that I let her know when I'm home safe. Talk about going the extra mile and really being a friend when I needed one. Thank you sooooo much Nobuntu, my heart is overflowing with gratitude
