On Friday I had car trouble, my battery was dead and in my attempt to push the car out into the street, I got it stuck close to a wall and s****ped my paint. I called MiHelp for RoadAssist/Flatbattery Assist and I got Nobantu on the phone, from the get go she helped put me at ease, found out if I needed medical assistance and then helped me find humor in my moment of panic. She helped me get a tow truck and asked for a mechanic in my area, she also went on to send me 2 Uber voucher to and fro of the value of R400.
