I called Mi-way today and spoke to Nobantu Mpeta from emergency to add an additional vehicle, it was the wrong the department and she listened to my story, advised me that I will receive a call shortly. The lady was sweet and very kind. Second later Bam! my phone rang, a very humble and patient gentleman by the name of Simphiwe Khumalo called and explained the entire process of adding an additional vehicle to an existing account or cover. Their service was excellent felt write at home and was able to ask questions, share jokes and laughed as well.
