Nobantu Mpeta outstanding service delivery
Nobantu Mpeta. Your fast and prompt assistance in getting my query sorted out was most appreciated. Not only did she handle my query professionally, she also went the extra mile to ensure the breakdown services go to me on time plus checked on whether I arrived at my destination safely. Her passion for client relation is unbecoming.... Never have I encountered someone who is passionate about her job.
If this review goes to the management of MiWay Insurance, I highly recommend this individual be shortlisted for a position in Client Relations.
I strongly think that this world needs people like her.
