Nobantu Mpeta, MiWay's pride

Let start by saying that as a rep I have had dealings with quite a few insurers over the years but I was completely overwhelmed by the service I received from MiWay yesterday, here is the story, on Monday morning I was travelling to Kimberley for business and had a blow out on one of my tires so had to put my spare tire on, the following day travelling from Kimberley to Bloemfontein another tire blew leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere. I phoned the MiWay Road side assist number and that is when I came in contact with the most professional and amazing person Nobantu Mpeta, the manner in which she assisted me was testimony of a person with a passion for what she does and for her customers, a breath of fresh air in a world where people just want "a job" and service is almost non existent. Nobantu Mpeta is the reason that it will be very difficult for any other insurer to convince me to switch to them. The amazing part is not only did she permanently keep me up to date with what is happening but also even contacted my wife to reassure her that everything is fine and I am being sorted out. Nobantu Mpeta I would like to thank you for the most inspiring and amazing service I have received ever and commend your professionalism and empathy that you have, you are the type of employee that every one at MiWay should strive to be like.
