I had two claims this month. One was for my ****** iPad and the other one was for my damaged phone. I called Miway and lodged my two claims with Nobantu Mpeta. She informed me that she was working from home. I was a bit deterred thinking that my claims were going to take long to be attended to due to her working environment. Oh boy, oh boy, was I wrong. Nobantu takes her work so serious. She attended to my claims speedily and updated me on what was happening, what was needed. Within a week my phone claim was closed. The following week, my iPad claim has been closed. It took longer because MTN couldn't block the original number of the iPad as it has already been allocated to someone else. Nobantu contacted iPad for other ways to block it and iStore managed to block it. As I am speaking, my iPad claim has also been closed.

Thanks Nobantu for swiftness. You made my life easier. Please continue doing the same for others.
