Working in the Insurance industry myself,I know that its not an easy task especially when it comes to handling claims. Nobantu Mpeta gave the best customer service I could have asked for. Having this be my 1st time ever claiming I was nervous and unsure of what your processes were. Nobantu ensured that I understood everything clearly, she is so friendly and patient and really goes that extra mile. She kept in contact with me and always kept me updated.
