Well what can I say. My wife's phone broke and I sent in a claim to Miway. I would like to think that there was an amazing story to explain the root cause of the incident, but it fell and it broke.

What is amazing is what happened next. There was this coordinated and efficient effort to ensure that my devise is picked up, shipped to the land of phone repair and fixed. But what happens in the background we never really see. There is someone who ensures everything is happening as it should be. We always neglect to thank this person especially when they are so nice and kind and funny.

NOBANTU MPETA...you are a credit to Miway. It was refreshing to talk with you. My claim was settled and even if you had to give me bad news, your personality would have made it amenable to me.
