Nobantu at MiWay is The Best

On the 8th December 2017 at about 2am I had a breakdown while traveling on the N3 towards Durban, to cut the story short, I called MiWay for Roadside Assistant and the lady named Nobantu assisted me very well. She went an extra mile for me to ensure that I was safe, that I was towed and I was delivered to my desired destination. Every 10 minutes she called to check up on me and she also called before she knocked off. I was astonished by that kind of service and as an employee in the banking sector I always complain about the service I get from other service providers but MiWay and especially Nobantu’s Service was more than just excellent, she exceeded my expectations and change the perception I have on insurance companies in general. I wish Nobantu would continue to provide such unique service experience to other clients and continue her passion to assist clients. Although I was devastated with a broken car, she kept me calm and made my situation her problem, that made my day. Thank you Nobantu, You’re lifting up the flag for excellent service at MiWay.
