No Way MiWay

I have never experienced such incredibly slow and terrible service. Sam Gumbi is the most inefficient claims handler imaginable. My claim was submitted on the 24th of April, to this day it has not been resolved despite multiple phone-calls and emails which go unanswered. I would not recommend using MiWay as a service provider and would recommend Sam Gumbi receives training on how to answer emails, phone calls or just do her job in general.
