No voucher as promised by Miway irefer after they sent me a confirmation email

So I gave the consultant 3 contacts to quote and see if he can beat Thier current insure and he did for my sister and she joined miway since 15th March. I also got an email from irefer on the 10th March saying they will be issuing me with a thank you voucher of R500 within 30 days, to date I have not received a thing and I have called Miway for than 8 times and I am told an enquiry has been sent to irefer and as soon as they get feedback they will call me.

How can you do this, promise and not deliver, this is so not fair, atleast communicate with me and keep me upbreast as I feel that I was take for a ride nje.
