No vehicle and still paying premiums

<p>I have been with Miway for years and never actually claimed on minor issues so this is technically my first claim in 4 years. My car was written off 3 weeks ago and i have had no communication regarding settlement amount or how long it might take and in the meanwhile i sit without a vehicle. On top of not knowing when i will be paid out for my vehicle today my premium was debited.... So i pay my premiums for years until my first claim after which i am without a vehicle for who knows how long and then still pay more premiums on a car i dont have... The only contact i have had is by an investigator who has asked me everything about what i eat and the clothes i wear. I refuse to speak to Kevin Swanepool any further until i find out what is going on. I am being treated like a ******** and being interogated. I pay insurance for a reason... Peace of mind, which i am not getting. This has beenthe most stressful situation to deal with and Miway has done nothing to releive me.</p>
