No Value for Money

<p>We recently bought a car and took insurance with miway, being the first ever car insurance we had we trusted miway as it came highly reccomended by friends and family. I am very disapointed to say that we have not ssen this greatness that everyone talks about.</p> <p>We had an accident & claimed, we learnt that our access was over R20 000 and queried this, but we never got any help or feedback. We sent emails back and forth and no one helped, a lady sent us a voice receording of the time we took insurance and never contacted us again.</p> <p>We then asked to change plans as our current plan was very expensive and we asked for someone to contact us with other cheaper options, but nothing has happened since.</p> <p> </p> <p>How does this make Miway graet???? they are pathetic, if i was to refer someone, i would never recommend Miway at all.</p>
