No Urgency
Thank you for only providing feedback when being asked to do so, it does give a rather Cold welcoming feeling. This claim for x2 tyres took 9 days for processing and still waiting for the claim to be finalized. Just a quick question. With my previous claim C*** there were no discrepancies or "subject to" scenarios whereby having been told that Miway does not cover the valve, fitment etc. and were paid out accordingly.
Please go have a look for yourself, it seems like every time a claim is submitted, there are more red tape added to reduce the payout amount.
What is the purpose of this insurance policy in the first place, is it not to restore to the exact same condition as what it was?
Surely, I didn't ask for this incident to take place, so why do I need to fall short on a claim?
If it is good for one claim, then it should be the same for all other claims as well.
Go ahead, go review C***
"Yes, but you now signed this document" True, I signed it because this claim is being stretched out since the 14th and not taken into consideration that someone's vehicle is out of commission because of an incident (which we have been insured for) but not being taken seriously as a client. In the meantime, the vehicle was standing and my son could not get to work. Miway did not compensate my son for this, that is why I paid for the new tyres out of my own pocket and yet, Miway is not compensating me for the amount I paid even after having submitted the original invoice. Why do we have these kinds of policies in place, why do we pay for these kinds of policies if we fall short with each claim?
Why do I need to log bad reviews before Miway wakes up?
Have a wonderful day.
