No Service and Response

<p>I took out a business insurance for my vehicle with my way wich commecnced on the 1st of November. I was then told that I do not have to take out a tracker insurance separately as their cover comes with their choice of selection. It's two months down the line I have heard anything from them,I have sent emails querying about this no one is bothering to care if I was contacted by tracker company , has my car tracker fitted as they haven't heard any report regarding the installation and inpsection yet they are deduction subscription fee. My question is why am I paying a full subscription that includes tracker yet I DO NOT HAVE IT and should my car gets ****** whta's gonna happen... itsn't this putting my car at risk?????? You do not care if the customer was all sorted about the services that you promising on your cover just as long as you guys are debiting the money that's all you care about.I got a call once at an inconveniencince time as I am also working am not sitting here waiting for your call and I kindly requested to be called at a later convenient tme till today I havent heard any call. Out of all the service providers thought better of this company than this appauling service that I am receiving,, I DO NOT WANT A CALL FOR AN EXCUSE BUT SOMEBODY TO TELL ME WHEN ARE THEY COMING FOR CAR TRACKER INSTALLATION</p>
