If there was a zero star rating,I would definitely rate miway that way. I've wasted time and money to contact them. Their consultants are quick to quote SLA without looking at merit of the case. We'll 4 days later still no call or feedback of any kind. Who is left stranded?me. Who makes sure they collect premiums? Miway. Do I owe them? No but looks like I do because of the service I'm getting.....reference C***....I know I have to again wait for another SLA
