NO SERVICE

<div>I would like to warn the public about MIWAY insurance. They are very quick to insure you but very slow to deliver should you need them. I am with them for more that 3 years and had a claim 2 weeks ago for the first time. First I was informed that my access was R6000 when I can not remember anything about any access. I even told my wife that because I was a pensioner there was no access. I them took my car to Alfa Trio to an accessor to access the damage and take photos of it. I received a call from another panel beater notifying me that the were instructed to fix my car. I received my car back on Friday and it is clear that NOTHIN G was done. They only fixed my bumper which by the way I could have done by myself. The dents and scratches are all there. The proof is on the photos that Alfa Trio took the day after the accident. Please be careful when using them, when you need them most they will not be there to assist you. Anyone can ask for the proof and I will be happy to provide it. Gerhard Mans</div>
