No sending of policy documents
<p>I have recently jtaken out car insurance with MIWAY t. I was very disappointed that the call centre consultants have not emailed me my policy documents yet. I have spoken to 4 consultants over the last 3 days and all have promised me that they had sent the policy documents. I have not yet received ONE!</p> <p>Very poor and dsiappointing service form what seemed to be a reputable and reliable insurance company.</p>
