No Rewards- Dissapointed

<p>In the 9th month i got my mom to take up a well over R1200 policy with you after 30odd years they moved from santam, as a fact i Name dropped them, i still have those emails, and all was done online, through the link. After it was taken up i got a sms thanks for my efforts she has taken up the policy. Now on the 23rd of dec the 4th payment has been taken, Neither did she get her One month back, nor me my R1000. As per our understanding after 4th payment one month free and name drop for me. Call centre says it will be paid automatically. Thats bull. Its 11 days later.</p>
