No response to query

<p>On 04/04/2017 I e mailed ********** (address as per MiWay's website) regarding a query of unusual activity on my policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>The subjetc of the e mail included my policy number so that it was traceable by MiWay.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 06/04/2017 I had still not received any response so I forwarded the e mailed again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Again, I did not receive any acknowledgement or response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then forwarded the e mail again on 20/04/2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>You guessed it... still no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now left with an unresolved query, 3 unanswered e mails and the feeling that MiWay just doesn't care.</p> <p> </p> <p>By the way, this isn't the first time I have had to resort to social media to get a query attended to by MiWay.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
