No Response SLA Lapsed
Can someone let me know what is going on with this claim C ********** . The car rental is coming to an end and I've still not received any information. the accident 28 December 2018 claim lodged same day. car towed to a place that we dont even know today is 7 January 2019 still no word . My challenge is transport at the end of the 10 days with no response from the claims department which i have sent 2 emails already(Relebogile Teane is supposed to assisting as per email sent) and your SLA says 2-3working days i think this has lapsd already. im very frustrated right now
