No response since Friday!!

I have been getting countless calls from this company then I finally decided to take up a policy with them for my car. They sent me incorrect information on Friday evening and I have been trying to get hold of them since then to no avail. They are so quick to call before you are a client and when you become a client they just don't care at all. I have sent COUNTLESS call back requests on the website, app and phone. I have heard nothing. I have tried to call them and i have waited on the phone for over 40 min each time. This is really not acceptable. As soon as they call me back I am cancelling the policy and taking my money elsewhere. I don't even want to imagine how I will be treated in the event of a claim. Totally disgusting.
