No response regarding my claim
Some lady in my complex crashed into my car inside our complex. A case was opened at the Police station and the lady admitted to crashing into my car. I lodged my claim online to Miway regarding this incident last week wednesday (03 January 2018) and i have not heard anything from them. The person who has crashed into me is getting her car fixed by her insurance which will ave me having to pay for all of this and I dont want to have to pay for this as i did not cause the incident but because my insurance is silent i have no one to assist me to claim from the other persons insurance. I am very dissapointed at this.
