No response on refund

Good day,<br> Claim nr: C708179.<br> My claim was repudiated and after desputing the outcome,it remained the same,however in the dispute response dated 23 March 2016 from MiWay they said the storage cost which I paid,will be refunded,it's 3 weeks later and still nothing? I also don't see the need in wasting anymore of my money on you by calling your call centre,there is too much complaints on this page with regards to your call centre.I need this money and is not willing to wait any longer.
