No response on my mechanical warranty claim

Miway is extremely *********** I’ve been with them for over 10 years and I registered a claim beginning of January and my car was collected as per due process however since then I’ve not heard anything from them I had to call ,send emails and make use of the whatsapp portal to follow up as I need my car I was told I need to pay R50K and this information came from their affiliate M-Sure as Miway refused to assist me what hurts me is my car is stripped and they went ahead to do so without any communication whatsoever ;however all of this is not on my mechanical warranty contract .

I’d really appreciate assistance from them this has been a tedious experience.
