No response, No feedback

On the 21st of February 2019 while driving home from work (towards the Maraisburg , N1 onramp) at approximately 17h00, there was a stationary vehicle on Albertina Sisulu Road in Bosmont (closes corner Olywenhout Street). The vehicle in front of me a polo stopped, (stationary) due to the stationary vehicle in front of him. I then (blue Ford Figo) stopped (stationary). I looked in my review mirror and the BMW driver that was driving behind me did not stop as he was busy on his phone. He crashed into my car (Ford Figo) from the back pushing my stationary vechicle into the polo that was stationary in front of me. My Ford Figo is damage in the front (front bumper and license plate) and back (back bumper, boot can not close) due to the impact of the BMW. OB: 1328/02/2019, AR: 105/02/2019, C ********** . I have sent all requested documents to MiWay on the 12th March 2019 and again on the 22nd of March and again on the 27th of March as i was told that they did not receive my documentation even though i have emails confirming they have received my documentation. I am dealing with a person by the name of Leeann Moodley, who has told me via email last week that she has "Kindly be advised that I have drafted an offer and forwarded same to management for approval." I have send an email again today and still I have not received a response.
