No response from Callcentre - PATHETIC

Please assist me URGENTLY. I did call the contact centre, but they said that an agent will call me back to assist - No call back as yet.<br> <br> Please advise me on the following:<br> <br> I created a policy for my wife and accepted the policy, however after noting that I can get a better premium for my vehicle - I decided to do a quotation with my vehicle as well as my wifes vehicle so that I can qualify for the % discount as well.<br> <br> I then proceeded to cancel the newly created policy on my wifes name and tried to add her vehicle to my quotation but got the following error:<br> <br> The regular driver exists on another policy and cannot be updated. Please visit the Contact page to request a call back from client services to resolve the issue. I requested 2 callbacks and called the callcentre thrice but each time I was told that the relevant department would call me back. I am trying to get insurance with them, yet I already noticed how difficult it is to cancel a policy. PATHETIC
