No refund although I was promised

My vehicle has been traded in on the ***5. I called the company on the ***5 to cancel my policy. The consultant asked me if they could be given a chance to offer me a better premium on my new vehicle. I agreed but didn't have time so I suggested a call on the ***5. This never happened. <br> <br> I then called on the ***5 and advised cancel the policy and provide me with my refund, person 'nkosi' tries to sell me funeral cover which I declined. He advised refund to occur in the next 48 hours. Waited till the ***5, never happened, called again only to be told the requested refund was not captured but was done today.<br> <br> It is the ***5 and I still have not received my refund,hence my complaint on this site.<br> <br> My question to Miway , why would you think I will ever come back to your company or even refer anyone else to join you if you can't even do simple things right???
