No progress or update in car repair.

I am not happy with the services, I have a car that I reported, the car was taken for repairs ever since the car was taken I am waiting for updates with regards to the car and progress but no one seems to be providing updates and now I have to deal with the panelbeaters which their service is poor and they are not communicating and when I opened the policy with Miway I was told that I'll have to deal with the poor services from their panelbeaters and had to also go check on my car, I went to the panelbeaters site and saw my car but no progress has been made.

Seems like Miway once you've made a claim they no longer care about you but they will give you panelbeater's contacts and from there you are on your own. Even worse panelbeaters that you never knew about or have thought you would be contacting them. I am disapointed and now struggling going to work while I have a car. Please can I get an update anyone,someone because your consultant Olga Funanzi did not help me with anything. ***
