No progress on claim submitted almost 3 months ago

I contacted MiWay for a 3rd party claim. I have submitted all documents on 23 May 2023 and have not heard of them since. I have sent several follow-up emails but did don't receive any responses. I phoned today, now only will they follow-up with the reporting department of something. I was told to phone again to follow-up, but I must phone after a week. It doesnt look like all people are taking their work seriously. Why is it always a hastle for claims to be processed. Claim C***.
