No Petrol Assist

<p>I ran out of petrol and called the MiWay Emergency Road Side Assist. The call operator Patrick was extremely helpful. Instructed me on the procedure and what I needed to do and called to get someone to come out and give me petrol. He called 3 times and continuously asked if someone has contacted me and when no one had, followed up and asked for the ETA for the petrol. Eventually they came to deliver the petrol and put it in for me. Patrick called again to ask if I had received help yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>A bit of a wait but fantastic service from Patrick. The follow up calls really let's you know they care about whether you actually getting the assistance you requested.</p>
